INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this article t is to easily explain the details of the iX Global
Ambassador Rewards Program.

The Rewards Plan was created with the Founder’s vision in mind. Innovating rewards that Impact people throughout the world and Inspire them to do, have, and BE more.


The iX Global Compensation Plan is subject to the iX Global Brand Ambassador Agreement and iX Global Policies and Procedures. If there are any conflicts between this document and the iX Global Policies and Procedures, the Policies and Procedures take precedence.

 

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

 

BRAND AMBASSADOR

A Brand Ambassador is an iX Global person or business who has signed the iX Global Brand Ambassador Agreement. A Brand Ambassador may qualify to earn commissions by achieving the qualifications set forth in the iX Global Compensation Plan.

 

BUSINESS VOLUME (BV)

Many iX Global products have BV that is created upon their successful purchase. This BV is used for both Rank Qualifications and for Team Commissions.

The table below shows the BV attributed to each iX Product.

 

ACTIVE:
A Customer or a Brand Ambassador is considered Active for a Commission Period when they have generated a minimum of 80 PV during any of the previous four (4) consecutive Commission Periods.

INACTIVE
A Brand Ambassador becomes Inactive when they do not generate at least 80 PV during the previous four (4) consecutive Commission Periods. Brand Ambassadors are given a grace period of three (3) days to generate 80 PV once they become Inactive before they forfeit their Rank Qualifications and Carry Forward Volume.

COMMISSION PERIOD:
The Commission Period is defined as one week. Each Commission Period runs from Friday at 12:00 am – Thursday at 11:59pm Mountain Standard Time.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD:
The Qualification Period is the current Commission Week plus the three previous Commission Weeks.

REAL-TIME QUALIFICATION PERIOD:
The Real-Time Qualification Period is the period of time between the present time and 27 days 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds in the past. It is a rolling 28-day period and is used to show Live Rank Tracking in the Back Office.

ENROLLER:
An Enroller is a Brand Ambassador who introduces and enrolls another Brand Ambassador or Customer.

QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE:
The Qualification Structure, also known as the Personal Enrolment Tree, is the structure used to create all of the Volume metrics for Rank Qualifications. This is why we call it the Qualification Structure.

The Qualification Structure includes on the first level, every person who you have personally referred to the company. The second level contains everyone enrolled by those on the first level, and so on.

QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE:
The image below shows the Qualification Structure.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE VOLUME (QSV):
During the Qualification Period and Real-Time Qualification Period, our system adds up all of the Volume resulting from all of the purchases from every single Customer and Brand Ambassador in your Qualification Structure. This is your QSV.

QSV LEG MAX:
For Rank Qualification purposes, the QSV from any of your Qualification Structure legs cannot contribute more than the Max Leg Volume for the corresponding Rank.

QUALIFIED RANK VOLUME (QRV):
This is the Business Volume from the Qualification Structure after accounting for the QRV Leg Max corresponding to the Rank.

HOLDING TANK:
When a Brand Ambassador enrolls another person, that person is placed in the Holding Tank of the Enroller for up to 7 days from the time of their enrolment. This allows the Enroller to place them with leaders and team members that they can work with.

PLACEMENT SPONSOR:
When a new Customer or Brand Ambassador is placed under you in the Pay Structure you become their Placement Sponsor.

PLACEMENT STRUCTURE:
The Placement Structure consists of a Left Team and a Right Team. This is the structure used to determine the Team Commissions.

PLACEMENT STRUCTURE VOLUME (PSV):
Placement Structure Volume is the addition of all BV created by purchases from everyone in your Placement Structure during a given Commission Period. Typically, this is added up and separated by the Left Team and Right Team of your Pay Structure.

 

 

CARRY FORWARD VOLUME (CFW):
Carry Forward Volume is Volume not included in commission calculations from the Strong Team AFTER Team Commissions are calculated for a Commission Period. This Volume “holds” or is Carried Forward for use in future Commission Periods. Carry Forward Volume always remains on the Team it originates from. For all future Commission Periods, Carry Forward Volume is added to the Total Volume generated on that Team during that Commission Period.

*Please note, Carry Forward Volume will be removed 7 days after a Brand Ambassador becomes Inactive.

STRONG TEAM AND STRONG TEAM VOLUME (STV):
The Strong Team in your Placement Structure is the team in your Placement Structure that has the most PSV during a given Commission Period. The total PSV of that team plus any available CFW is your STV for the Commission Period.

PAY TEAM AND PAY TEAM VOLUME (PTV):
The Pay Team in your Placement Structure is the team in your Placement Structure that has the lesser PSV during a given Commission Period. The total PSV of that team plus any available CFW is your PTV for the Commission Period. If Qualified, you are paid a percentage of PTV as Team Commissions.

PAY STRUCTURE:
The image below shows the Qualification Structure:

PAY LOCK (CAP):
Pay Lock is the maximum earnings a Brand Ambassador can receive from their Volume generated during any Commission Period. Any Volume that is unpaid because earnings exceeded the Pay Lock will carry forward and will be paid out within one of the three following Commission Periods as long as the Pay Lock is not breached.

RANKS:
The Ranks have been simplified into one set of Ranks. Each Rank of each type must be qualified by fulfilling the requirements set forth in this document.

DIRECT BONUS:
The Direct Bonus is one of the three compensation types available in the iX Global Rewards Program. The Direct Bonus may be earned in any Commission Period during which Qualifications are met.

TEAM COMMISSIONS:
The Team Commission is one of the three compensation types available in the iX Global Rewards Program. The Team Commissions may be earned in any Commission Period during which Qualifications are met.

RANK BONUS:
The Rank Bonus is one of the three compensation types available in the iX Global Rewards Program. The Rank Bonus may be earned in any Commission Period during which Qualifications are met.

iX GLOBAL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS:
There are currently three-Monthly Subscriptions: Basic, Pro, and Premium.

There are also several Add-On Products.

More subscriptions and/or products may be added at any time, and any existing subscription and/or product may be modified or removed at any time.

iX GLOBAL RANKS:
The Ranks and Rank Requirements have been simplified and, once you are an Active Brand Ambassador, depend on only two simple factors.

EASY TO ACHIEVE
● Have 1 or more Active Personally Sponsored Customers or Ambassadors in each Pay Structure Team.
● Achieve the corresponding Qualified Rank Business Volume (QRV) during the Qualification Period.*

  • Subject to QSV Leg Max

Below is the Rank Qualifications Table that illustrates the requirements for each of the Ranks in iX Global. Reminder, ranks for a given Commission Period are based on the Qualification Period for that Commission Period.

 

 

 

iX GLOBAL COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES

There are four iX Global Bonuses a Brand Ambassador may earn.

DIRECT BONUS:
The Direct Bonus is a residual bonus that is paid out every time your Personally Enrolled Brand Ambassadors or Customers renew their Monthly Subscriptions. The Bonus is paid out in any Commission Period in which it is earned for every Personally Enrolled Member that subscribes to either a Basic, Pro, or Premium Pack, both on their initial order and anytime they renew their Subscriptions.

DIRECT BONUS DETAIL:
A Brand Ambassador will earn $5 for every Personally Enrolled Member that subscribes to the iX Basic, and $15 for every Personally Enrolled Member that subscribes to either the iX Pro, or iX Premium Packs. You can also earn Direct Bonuses on certain Add-On Products.

In order to earn this Bonus, you must:
● Be a Brand Ambassador
● Be Active*

  • If the above requirements are not met the Direct Sales for the Commission Period are forfeited.

The table below shows the Direct Bonuses associated with iX Products.

APPRENTICE BONUS:
The Apprentice Bonus was designed to help those who are starting new with the iX Global Community to earn enough so that the cost of their education would be covered.

BECOME AN APPRENTICE:
Becoming an Apprentice with iX Global is very simple.

In order to earn this Bonus, you must:
● Be a Brand Ambassador
● Be Active with a Subscription of the iX Basic Package or Higher.
● Have 3 Personal Referrals with an Active Basic Subscription or higher.

APPRENTICE BONUS DETAILS:
The Apprentice Bonus is based on a four-week cycle that begins the week you are enrolled, with that week being week one.

If you have achieved the above Requirements by the end of the fourth weekly period, you qualify for a $100 Bonus. As long as you maintain these requirements, you will receive the Apprentice Bonus every four weeks.

RANK BONUS:
The Rank Bonus is a residual bonus based on your Enrolment Tree. A Brand Ambassador may earn between $100 to $8,000 with this bonus, and it is paid once per Cycle that it is earned. The Rank Bonus is calculated based on the Enrolment Volume and the QSV Leg Max.

RANK BONUS DETAIL:
The Rank Bonus is tied to your Rank. It is also a weekly bonus.
Your Personal Volume (PV) counts towards all QRV Requirements.

In order to earn this bonus, you must:
● Be a Brand Ambassador
● Be Active
● Meet the Rank Requirements for Builder or above*

  • If the above requirements are not met the Rank Bonuses for the Commission Period are forfeited.

 

 

TEAM COMMISSIONS:
The Team Commission is a residual bonus based on your Binary Structure. A Brand Ambassador may earn between 10-20% Commissions paid on their Pay Team Volume in any Commission Period they qualify to earn this Bonus. The Pay Team Volume is used, and the percentage paid out is dependent upon the Rank the Brand Ambassador has qualified for during the corresponding Qualification Period.

TEAM COMMISSIONS DETAIL:
New members are placed into either the Left or Right Team of the Pay Structure by their Enroller. The member they are placed under is called the Placement Sponsor or ‘Parent’ in the iX Global Back Office. Pay Structure Volume (PSV) includes your Enrolment Volume and the Volume placed into your Pay Structure by an Upline.

Members placed into your Pay Structure DO NOT COUNT as Volume towards your Rank Bonus & will not appear in your Qualification Structure.

To Qualify for Team Commissions, you must:
● Be a Brand Ambassador
● Be Active*
● Meet the Rank Requirements for Rank 2 or above

  • If the Active Requirement is not met during 1 week, the Carry Forward volume will still carry forward but no Team Commissions will be paid.
  • If the Active Requirement is not met during 2 weeks, all Pay Structure Volume flushes and resets to zero and no Team Commissions will be paid.

On the next page you will find the Team Commissions Table that illustrates the percentages that can be earned of the Pay Team Volume during a given Commission Period.

  • Total Clients needed is assuming that you have a Personal Subscription of the Basic Package or higher and that each of the people on your team has a Subscription of the Pro Pack or higher.

† Apprentice Bonus is paid every 4th week. Your enrolment week is your 1st week. If you meet the requirements by the end of your 4th week, you will receive this Bonus. As long as you remain Qualified, you would receive this Bonus every 4 weeks.

The earnings of our iX Ambassadors are 100% dependent upon his or her skills, work, effort, commitment, leadership, and market conditions.

iX Ambassador rewards program results will vary, to earn income from the iX opportunity an ambassador must demonstrate commitment.

There will undoubtedly be iX Ambassadors who will earn less while others will earn much more due to the factors stated above. iX Global does not guarantee any level of income or success. All company terms and conditions can also be found within the iX app.
